TUAW has a great writeup on Mac Screencasting options. Software compared include Copernicus, Jing, Screenium, iShowU, Screenflick, Screen Mimic, Snapz Pro X, and Screenflow. I’ve been using Screenflow trial and like it a lot. Will be looking into the rest
